Unfortunately, it's impossible to use it, since you've added the "ND" (non-derivatives) option.
I'm pretty sure that you didn't mean to do that, since many users who have used these patterns in their work actually violated the CC license - including me.
In order for everything to be officially sound, it would be awesome if you could remove the "ND" option.
